Use this tester to measure flexibility in a variety of children's fitness tests to help determine physical fitness levels and set year-long goals that keep kids on track to a healthy lifestyle. Simply have the student sit down with his or her legs extended and touching the built-in footplate, then instruct him or her to reach forward while pushing the maximum stretch indicator down the marked scale.
